By commissioning me you agree with the following terms

General

⨀ 1. I reserve the right to decline any commission request.⨀ 1.1 Prices are subject to change based on demand.⨀ 1.2 All commissioned pieces will be delivered digitally. This means no physical product will be shipped to you.

Progress & delivery

⨀ 2. There is no fixed production time for the piece, as it can vary according to its complexity. On average, 5 days is enough.⨀ 2.1 Deadlines should be discussed during the briefing and can increase the complexity of the work.⨀ 2.2 Throughout the process you will receive updates and questions about the progress of the piece.

Changes & Revisions

⨀ 3. Minor changes will not be charged If requested during the creation process.⨀ 3.1 Major revisions will be charged unless it is a quality issue on my part.

Payment

⨀ 4. All prices are in USD.
⨀ 4.1 Everything is paid through PayPal.⨀ 4.2 Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after finalising artwork.⨀ 4.3 Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.

Usage & Copyright

⨀ 5. I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.⨀ 5.1 I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.⨀ 5.2 I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.

You (the customer/ commissioner):

⨀ 6. You retain the rights to intellectual property (IP).⨀ 6.1 You MUST credit me when using my work.⨀ 6.2 You have the right to upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.⨀ 6.3 You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, making prints, etc.) without further discussion about purchasing the commercial rights.

The following is considered copyright infringement:

▼ Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way without commercial rights.
▼ Publicly claim the work of art as your own.
▼ Intentionally using copyrighted artwork to feed AI or any kind of database without my consent.

Cancellation & Refund

⨀ 7. No refund after the sketch confirmation.⨀ 7.1 If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
